Community Guidelines

The Short Version

KRUUSH, operated by Kruush Wellness LLC, exists because women deserve a space to talk about the stuff nobody else will say out loud. Perimenopause, sex, bodies, hormones, relationships, all of it. This community runs on honesty, respect, and data.

These guidelines apply to all community features: Talk Spaces, product reviews, comments, shared quiz results, and any other user-generated content on KRUUSH.

What We Expect

  • Be honest. Share your real experiences. This community is built on authenticity. Fake reviews, astroturfing, and paid endorsements disguised as personal opinions are not allowed.
  • Be respectful. You can disagree. You can challenge ideas. You cannot attack people. No name-calling, no personal attacks, no shaming of any kind (body, age, relationship status, sexual preference, or otherwise).
  • Protect privacy. Do not share other people's personal information, medical details, or private conversations without their explicit consent. What happens in someone's DMs stays in their DMs.
  • Stay on topic. KRUUSH is about women's health, wellness, and the perimenopause experience. Political debates, religious arguments, and unrelated promotional content belong elsewhere.
  • Cite your sources. If you make a health claim, back it up. "My doctor told me" is fine. "I read somewhere that..." without a source is not helpful and can be harmful.

What Is Not Allowed

  • Medical advice. Sharing your experience is welcome. Telling someone to stop taking their medication, change their dosage, or ignore their doctor is not. We are not doctors, and neither are you (probably).
  • Harassment or bullying. Zero tolerance. This includes targeted comments, repeated unwanted contact, intimidation, and doxxing.
  • Hate speech. Content that promotes violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Spam and self-promotion. No unsolicited advertising, MLM pitches, affiliate link drops, or repetitive promotional content. If you genuinely love a product, say so in a review. Do not carpet-bomb the community.
  • Misinformation. Deliberately spreading false health information is dangerous. Claims that contradict established medical consensus must be clearly labeled as personal opinion, not presented as fact.
  • Copyright infringement. Do not post content you do not have the right to share. See our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
  • Illegal content. Content that violates any applicable law, including but not limited to content promoting illegal drug use, fraud, or exploitation.
  • Explicit content without context. KRUUSH talks openly about sex and bodies. That is the point. But gratuitous explicit content without educational or experiential context, or content that sexualizes minors in any way, will be removed immediately and reported to authorities.

Product Reviews

Reviews are one of the most valuable parts of KRUUSH. To keep them trustworthy:

  • Only review products you have actually used.
  • Be specific about your experience, including what worked and what did not.
  • Disclose if you received a product for free or at a discount.
  • Do not post reviews on behalf of a brand or in exchange for compensation without clear disclosure.

Enforcement

We review reported content and take action based on severity:

  • Warning: For first-time minor violations, we will notify you and explain the issue.
  • Content removal: Posts that violate these guidelines will be removed. You will be notified.
  • Temporary suspension: Repeated violations may result in temporary loss of community posting privileges.
  • Permanent ban: Severe violations (harassment, hate speech, illegal content, doxxing) may result in immediate and permanent account termination.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our sole discretion, as outlined in our Terms of Use.

Reporting

If you see content that violates these guidelines, report it. You can:

  • Use the report button on any community post or review.
  • Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Community Report" and include the URL of the content.

All reports are reviewed within 48 hours. We do not disclose the identity of reporters.

KRUUSH was built because women deserve better. Better information, better conversations, better support. This community is yours. Protect it the way you would protect a friend who finally felt safe enough to say the thing she has been holding in for years. That is what this space is for.
